An itinerary in search of the Northern Lights, between Lapland and the North Cape

From the top of Monte Generoso, at an altitude of about 1700 meters, you can admire a wonderful panorama, sweeping from northern Italy, with the region of lakes and the Alpine chain of Gran Paradiso, to the Gotthard massif. From the top, the view is enchanting and we recommend going there before dinner to appreciate a sunset painted on the mountains of Ticino.
